Unfortunately, the supply of MK. VII ammo dried up years ago. You can usually pick up a few loose rounds at a gun show for about $0.50 each. I just use the MK VII equivalent load:

41 Grains of ReloadeR 15 powder
Sierra Match King .311" HPBT, 174 grain
CCI Large Rifle or Winchester Large Rifle primer
Federal cases sized to 2.222"

These match the old MK. VII load very nicely (the same ballistics).
