i have this old ugly wooden chest i would compare it to a military foot locker and i want to upholster the top of it to make a place that you can sit ive re-upholstered some some dinning room chairs so i know how to do it with a base but i don't know what kind of foam to buy and other materials to use
This is from an upholstery store on the web who mentions they work with DYIs. Look at the seating foam about half way down. Then look in your area phone book for upholstery shops, especially if they mention they work with DYIs. Also many better fabric stores....like there are very many any more..not..have upholstery sections at least for the fabric.
